offers refunds or exchanges for defective DVD/VHS only.

to Expect your Order: U.S.
Credit
Card orders are shipped within 5 business days from the time they
are received. We use a combination of Priority Mail and private shipping
services.

to Expect your Order: Canada
Credit
Card orders are shipped within 5 business days from the time they are received.
RJ uses air mail or first class mail to Canada. Please allow up to
14 days for order arrival due to customs. RJ has found Canada to occasionally
be quick at getting something through customs, but generally customs will
slow your delivery by about 5 days. RJ does not offer overnight
service to Canada. E-mail
if its been over 14 days...and postal hell got you!

Due
to the high number of international fraudulent credit card transactions.
For those of you that are honest folks, I know this is a pain in the ass

after receiving the check. Once your check has cleared the bank -

An Order form:
Just use the shopping cart as you would if using a credit card, when you get to the payment options page, fill in your Info and then Print an order form. Include your payment and mail them. |

E-Mail RJ if your order has not arrived within the delivery time appropriate to your order domestic/international. Please include your name & order confirmation number. RJ will get back to you within 72 hours (usually sooner). |

Your Credit Card statement will Show "ClearCard" as the billing company. |

changed my mind, can I change my order:
If you E-MailBEFORE your order is shipped, chances are excellent we can add to, delete or change an item on your order. But once shipped , you own it. |

I get the email address of one of the guys:
Sorry, RJ does not give out the email address of any of the guys for privacy reasons. Feel free to email them using thier name plus @ramjetvideo.com and I'll fwd the email to them. |

If you E-Mail BEfORE we ship your order, chances are excellent it can be canceled. Once shipped, you own it. |

if I get a defective tape/disc:
Items are spot checked, but it is impossible to watch each video. If you get a defective tape/disc, just Email us. E-mail Please include your Name, and mailing address, and the tape number that was defective. |

placed my order & did not get Email confirmation?
Chances are you did a typo on your email address. Or. If you are an AOL user you may have internet mail blocked so you wont get so much spam, go to keyword: parental controls Click: set parental controls Click: Email controls Click in the option that suits you best, if you chose the 4th or 5th option make sure you drop ramjetvids.com into the "add address" window, then click the add button, then the save button. This way you can still filter mail, and get the mail you need to get. |
